Chief Executive Officer
With nearly two decades of experience across Oman, the UAE and the UK, Sajin took an unconventional route into travel. At Lumiere, he is focused on making journeys feel personal rather than packaged, with an obsession for thoughtful curation and the guest experience. He still gets involved in itineraries, details and the occasional guest conversation — because apparently, being CEO hasn't yet convinced him to delegate everything.
Journey Designer
Ashly likes getting to know the people behind each enquiry and finding the little things that can make a journey feel personal. She turns preferences, requests and sometimes very particular ideas into journeys that come together beautifully. She stays close to her guests throughout — and is usually happiest when everything is exactly how it should be, when journeys become unforgettable memories.

Rakhi has spent years in travel and knows that a good itinerary is only half the job — the other half is making sure it actually works. She knows the roads, the rhythms, and the little details that make a journey easier. Give her an idea, a conversation, or a particularly long list of preferences, and she’ll quietly turn it into a journey that feels effortless.
