Arjun spent a decade designing travel for other companies before starting Lumiere to do it the slow way. He still plans several journeys himself each season, and answers the studio phone more often than he admits.

Meera turns a conversation into a route. She keeps a notebook of places that are almost ready for guests — and a shorter, stricter list of the ones that are.
